The online store yapadapadou.gr was created with the sole purpose of selling goods and serving its customers. This site is designed to be as user friendly as possible and to meet the modern needs of each visitor.
Shipping Information
We deliver our handmade products in 5-10 working days depending on the time of order registration. Delivery time varies for custom items. In these the delivery date may change from the agreed due to workload or any impediment. We inform the customer and we are not responsible for any delays.
Shipping to Attica
Shipping by courier
Shipments are made with the cooperating courier company. For shipments within Attica the shipping cost is 5 €.
Shipping to the Rest of Greece
Shipping by courier
Shipments are made with the cooperating courier company. Shipping costs for shipments outside Attica are calculated after the completion of the order. Payment at the Shop
You can pay out your order in our shop (33 Theiron, Nea Ionia, Attica, 142 31) either with debit/credit card or cash. For picking up your order from our shop, you will be firstly notified from the sales department with email, or a phone call.

Your order can be paid in the following ways:
Credit card
Pay for your order by credit / debit card through the “Viva Payments” electronic payment platform. It also applies to the “Viva Wallet”. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. All card payments are processed through Viva Payments’ secure online payment transaction platform.
Bank deposit
Pay for your order by bank deposit in our bank accounts. The procedure for depositing in the company’s bank account is as follows:
- When completing your order, you choose “Bank Deposit” as your payment method
- Deposit the amount of money in one of the following accounts of the company
- Use your name or order code as a reason for filing

Payment at the store
You can pay with cash or credit / debit card and pick up your order from our store (33 Theiron, Nea Ionia, Attica, 142 31). In this case you will be informed via email or phone by the sales department as soon as your order is ready to receive it.
Return Policy
Yapadapadou does not accept product returns. Our products are handmade and designed by hand and after ordering from the customer who selected them and completed his order. Every handmade creation you order is made exclusively for you!
Product Replacement
Product replacement is accepted only in case the product you have ordered arrives to you broken / damaged. In this case you send us the product at our own expense and we undertake to send you the product new.
